Occupational Therapy Services designed with parents and children in mind.

All Kids Can Fly offers Occupational Therapy Services for children ages 0 to 18 years of age in the Peel, Mississauga, Brampton, Halton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown and Guelph region.  Visits are all home-based. Services include designing treatment programs for children with feeding challenges such as picky eaters, difficulty progressing through textures as well as handwriting difficulties such as illegible handwriting, complaints of fatigue or pain in wrists or difficulty in keeping up with the written output demands.  As well, services through All Kids Can Fly offer evidence-based approaches in order to effectively encourage your child’s development through their milestones, such as fine and gross motor skills development or visual motor skill development.  Programming to assist children who are experiencing self-regulation issues, difficulty with transitions and or frequent meltdowns due to sensory overloads can also be designed.

The treatment sessions are tailored according to the goals you are looking for your child as well as observations, consultation and information gathered during the initial visit.  During the initial visit a plan will be devised that would clearly lay out the frequency of therapy and the estimated length of time required to reach your goals.  Keeping in mind that the more practice done in between therapy sessions, the faster one would expect the goals to be reached.

Services for occupational therapy can be covered through your insurance plan.  No referrals are required to obtain OT services, as we are a regulated health profession.  If you have any concerns do not hesitate to call.  I would gladly give you some free consultation and help you discern if occupational therapy intervention is required or not.  It is always my pleasure to provide you with any support or information available.
